Robin Praeger is the Menlo Park-based Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining Versant in 2000, Robin was a tax partner with Arthur Andersen where he developed extensive experience in partnership tax planning and structuring. At Anderson, his client base included large real estate partnerships and corporations.

As CFO, Robin’s twenty five years of professional financial expertise is utilized on a day-to-day basis in Versant operations, including financial reporting, legal matters, marketing, investor relations, IT and other administrative functions. Robin frequently works alongside his Versant colleagues in the structuring and planning of investments and exits.
