Shane Mulligan

Shane is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and will help bolster business development capabilities across a select number of Versant companies.

He brings a relevant track record of accomplishments to Versant. Prior to joining the firm, Shane served as senior director of business development at Calico Life Sciences. There, he sourced and executed deals in the field of age-related diseases, as well as managed portfolio and translational strategy and served as a program lead.

Before Calico, Shane held business development positions at Surface Oncology, Leap Therapeutics, and HealthCare Ventures. Prior to that, he worked in strategy consulting at Health Advances.
